After clinching bowl eligibility against Nebraska, Maryland football returns to primetime as next weekend's home finale versus second-ranked Michigan will be home to FOX's Big Noon Kickoff Show with kickoff set for 12 PM EST. Per release, the pregame show is set for a 10 AM Start at LaPlata Beach, located directly across from the front entrance of the Eppley Recreation Center, and features award-winning host Rob Stone and college football analysts Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, Mark Ingram and Urban Meyer. Fans are encouraged to arrive early as the first 500 fans at the set will receive LED hats courtesy of FOX. Maryland is 1-10 all-time against Michigan with the lone coming in Ann Arbor back in 2014, but the Terps nearly defeated the Wolverines on the road last season with questionable calls on key plays looming large in an eventual 34-27 loss. Head coach Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines entered November with a dark cloud surrounding the program with mounting evidence in a sign-stealing scandal led by analyst Connor Stallions, casting doubt about the state of the program beyond the 2023 season. That was addressed on Friday evening after the Big Ten ruled that Harbaugh was banned from being on the sidelines for the rest of the regular season, though he's still able to coach the team through the week. Michigan defeated Penn State on Saturday, 24-15, to move to 10-0 on the season. Maryland, meanwhile, clinched bowl eligibility for the third consecutive season after a game-winning 24-yard field goal lifted the Terps over Nebraska in a 13-10 win. "Our quarterback did a tremendous job of that last drive of putting us in position to go win it. I can't give enough credit to our defense. They created a bunch of turnovers. They kept playing with their back against the wall and when we needed them to get us the ball back, they got us the ball back." Related Links Instant reactions: Maryland 13, Nebraska 10
