Maryland will be well represented at the upcoming East-West Shrine Bowl on Tuesday with cornerback Ja’Quan Sheppard, quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa and offensive lineman Gottlieb Ayedze in attendance but cornerback Tarheeb Still has drawn praise on several reps in recent days.
CB Tarheeb Still, Maryland
Does a nice job staying on top of this route before making a terrific grab in the back of the EZ.
My man got sick during Team later in the day, puked mid-rep (twice), but kept going and finished his coverage responsibility.

“Maryland cornerback Tarheeb Still got himself an interception against Oklahoma receiver Drake Stoops. Still had great coverage on the corner route and picked off the pass,” Nicholas Moreano of CHGO said of the former Maryland cornerback on day two.

Tarheeb Still (Maryland CB) just absolutely ran the end zone corner route for Drake Stoops and made a beautiful toe dragging catch to finish #ShrineBowl

@TerpsFootball CB Tarheeb Still just had probably the best defensive rep I’ve seen at the #ShrineBowl. Unbelievable tracking of the ball to make an interception in the back corner of the end zone. He’s had flashes of brilliance over the last two days.

Still, who is being coached by former NFL cornerback Ricky Manning, was also named a standout on day one and day two by two separate observers as the New Jersey native solidifies himself as a day two prospect. Tarheeb Still will look to become the third Maryland cornerback drafted in the last two seasons and fifth Maryland defensive back since 2020.
Gottlieb Ayedze, who was listed at 6-foot-3, 316-pounds, has also lined up at both guard and tackle during practices as Maryland looks to have another lineman drafted in consecutive years.
Taulia Tagovailoa, who was a late addition to the Shrine Bowl roster, also registered the fourth-longest throw on day one of practices at 52.3 yards, behind Kedon Slovis (58.6), Devin Leary (55.6) and Austin Reed (53.3).
