Arnaud Revaz enters the transfer portal

Maryland now has its second player from last season beginning a fresh start elsewhere.

Forward Arnaud Revaz has entered the transfer portal, per multiple reports. The longtime expected departure now puts Maryland right at the scholarship limit following Donta Scott and Jahmir Young’s return for the 2023-24 season. Over the course of his three seasons in College Park, Revaz saw time in a total of 32 minutes in 14 games as he averaged 0.2 points per game.

Maryland could still see more attrition in the frontcourt as head coach Kevin Willard remains active in the transfer portal. While the Terps were linked to a long list of portal big men over the last month, Maryland is among the schools in the mix for former Michigan forward Hunter Dickinson as the staff works to bring him on campus in the coming days.

Revaz initially committed to Maryland back in July of 2020 as the Swiss forward made his way to the states.

Revaz spent four years with French side JL Bourg, turning out for its under-21 outfit. Revaz averaged 6.7 points and 3.5 rebounds in 19.9 minutes of action this campaign as La Jeu racked up a 20-6 record before the COVID-19 pandemic curtailed the season.Related Links
