Maryland football is in the middle of a breakthrough recruiting month after going into Virginia to add a pair of four-stars to their 2025 class after safety Messiah Delhomme went public with his decision one week after offensive lineman Jaylen Gilchrist. The Virginia duo join Maury (VA) three-star linebacker CJ Smith as assistant Latrell Scott spearheads efforts, while assistant Lance Thompson led for Smith, but Maryland will look to continue their momentum into the 2026 class with Maryland among the long list of schools in contact with Hermitage (VA) composite four-star Andre Clarke.
