Loyola Blakefield (MD) athlete Brad Seiss is gearing up for baseball season after wrapping up his junior season, but the 6-foot-3, 215-pound quarterback hasn’t deviated from the grind on the gridiron as he continues to make Quarterback Factory a part of his development plan. “I’ve been going there with the offseason grind,” Seiss said. “I’ve been trying to go every week. Lately I haven’t gone since maybe two, three weeks just because of my schedule but I’m still doing the same drills with my twin brother. Keeping the grind.” There’s one area that Seiss is focusing on heading into his senior season. Learn more about QB Factory and upcoming training sessions here! “Definitely see my arm. That’s a big part of my game, a strong arm, but also being quicker on my feet. Through the offseason I’ve definitely worked on my legs, my mechanics and getting into my legs more and just looking like a sound quarterback. I want them to notice that,” Seiss added. What’s one trait he’s looking to add to his arsenal? “I’ve also gained speed. I definitely feel faster on my feet now. Maybe cut a little bit. I want to be more athletic, more involved in the run game. I think that can be a great piece of my game that I can add.” Monmouth, who also signed QB Factory alum and Good Counsel QB Frankie Weaver Jr. in the 2024 class, has shown interest in Seiss after making the trip to Loyola Blakefield in January. “They talked to me personally after the entire junior day, saying I need to keep up what I’m doing, they’re going to watch me in the spring.”
