Maryland football predicted to finish 11th in Big Ten in 2024

Ahead of Big Ten media days this week and the new-look 18-team conference ahead of the 2024 season, Maryland football was predicted to finish 11th in both Cleveland.com's and KOTN's preseason Big Ten media poll released on Monday morning. The Terps found themselves sandwiched between Washington and Minnesota, though they'll get a chance to prove themselves against the Gophers with a matchup set for Oct. 26 at Huntington Bank Stadium. Maryland will only face five of the ten teams ahead of them in the preseason standings, headlined by the Nov. 9 road game vs. Oregon. Full KOTN preseason predictions: Predicted order of standings 1.
