Anthony Robsock announces his commitment to Maryland following official visit

Maryland has landed its second offensive lineman of the 2024 class after Central Dauphin (PA) offensive tackle Anthony Robsock announced his commitment. Robsock, a 6-foot-5, 275-pound lineman, is fresh off his official visit to Maryland, which came one week after the Terps extended an offer. Robsock made his way to College Park last weekend for the Big Man camp to earn the offer as Maryland became the first Power Five school to jump into the mix. Rutgers, Notre Dame, Syracuse, Penn State and Virginia Tech showed interest while Robsock canceled trips to Pitt and West Virginia in favor of his Maryland official visit. Robsock visited Maryland for a spring practice then returned for the spring game with wide receiver coach Gunter Brewer leading as the area recruiter. Last weekend’s visit gave Robsock a closer feel getting coached by offensive line coach Brian Braswell during camp. “I just like the way coach Braswell teaches his offensive linemen,” he told IBG. “He just seems like a really good guy. I like how he demands perfection from his linemen. I like how if you don’t take the right step, he’s going to call you on it even if it’s one inch off the correct area, he’s going to make you redo it and I like that as a coach.” Robsock also wrestles for Central Dauphin and record an 80-inch wingspan during last weekend’s camp in College Park. Robsock becomes the second offensive tackle to join the fold, announcing just days after Terez Davis announced his pledge, while Robsock’s father, Tom Robsock, played for West Virginia before playing three seasons with the Oakland Raiders.
