After making his debut at Arundel High School (MD), 2025 quarterback Ahmir Lowery has shifted gears toward the offseason as he begins preparation to cap off his high school career on a high note. With workouts now in full swing, Lowery is a familiar face at Athletic Performance Inc. where he has remained a weekly attendee for QB Factor’s workouts, led by longtime local coach Chris Baucia. “I’m out here every Sunday,” Lowery added. “I’m just out here working with my guys, getting our chemistry right for the season. Our whole offense is coming back so I’m excited.” Learn more about QB Factory & upcoming trainings here https://twitter.com/officialahmirr/status/1748877472999801025 The 6-foot-1, 175-pound quarterback made the offseason transfer from St. Vincent Pallotti to Arundel where he went on to throw for nearly 1,500 yards and 11 touchdowns while completing over 61% of his passes and tossing just three interceptions. Lowery also added another 253 yards and five scores on the ground, but adding to his toolbox in the pocket is the focus heading into his senior season. “Just being consistent with my throws. I’ve been building on that for the past couple of years.” Lowery, who also has a 3.7 GPA, is looking to add 15 pounds of muscle heading into his senior year, but he’s also drawn interest at the next level with plans to camp at one school in the spring. “I’m going to a Bowie State camp soon. They just invited me,” Lowery added. Lowery and Arundel finished the 2023 season 7-3 overall before falling to Northern, 42-21, in the second round of the playoffs.
